Because as much as running sucks, it sucks even more when you can't run.
I've seen too many runners sidelined with injuries and I know how it feels to have your world gets ripped out from under you.

Running is never just about one foot in front of the other, it's so much more.

My goal is not only to get you back to your passion, but also with more speed, power, and resilience.

But mostly importantly, I combine that knowledge & experience with empathy. I've had injuries ranging from sprained ankles & losing toenails to brain surgery.
