 Why Trust Meg J? 

And not like... AI or Runna??

Hi, I’m Meg J, an online strength coach dedicated to helping marathoners earn their Boston Qualifier (BQ) and crush their goals. I’ve been passionate about racing since I was 8 years old (ran my first race on my birthday!) and growing up in the suburbs of Boston, I've always been inspired by this incredible marathon.

My fitness career started in 2010 when I became a personal trainer, and since launching my online coaching practice in 2016, I’ve helped athletes across the globe improve their strength, mindset, pacing, and performance. In 2020, Money.com ranked me among the top online personal trainers, a recognition of my commitment to delivering results that truly make a difference.

As a competitive athlete myself, I’ve podiumed for my age group at an international level for obstacle racing. So I also understand the realities of training: injuries, setbacks, and balancing a busy life. I’ve faced sprained ankles, lost toenails, and even had brain surgery, all of which taught me resilience, the best techniques for getting faster, and the importance of overall strength. I don’t just share my knowledge, I empathize with the struggles and sacrifices my clients face because I’ve been there myself.

 I believe that with the right pacing, mental toughness, and strength... you can run down your BQ dreams.
