Why Trust Meg J? 

You want to improve your fitness, nutrition, race times, obstacle completion... oh, and be able to walk the next day. 

You're following the Instagram accounts, motivated, and you've tried a ton of different 6 week, 90 day, or 6-month plans.

Then life happens. 

All your progress goes out the window, you've battled with an injury or you've just stalled out. 

And you just can't see to understand how to get started (again) or reach the next level. 

That's when you call me. 

I've been there. Just a few years ago, you would find me in the hallways of hospitals, not on a course. After brain surgery, my all-or-nothing and "I'll just do more work" mindset didn't work. I had to create a sliding scale for progress and a plan. I realized you have to try a little bit every day to produce results and that even with my perfectionist mentality, life still happens. 

Those hard moments changed my philosophy and approach to personal training. Every day, I work with weekend warriors to BQ-ed athletes with full lives. They have big fitness goals and struggle to define the small steps that will get the results. I create flexible, individualized, and fun programs that put the finish line in sight.
