That's when you call me. 

I've been there. Just a few years ago, you would find me in the hallways of hospitals, not on the track. After brain surgery, my all-or-nothing mentality didn't work. I had to create a sliding scale for progress and a plan. I realized you have to try a little bit every day to produce results and that even with my perfectionist mentality, life still happens. 

Those hard moments changed my philosophy and approach to personal training. Every day, I work with Type A women (often enneagram 3) with a career full of successes. They have big fitness goals and struggle to define the small steps that will get the results. I create flexible, individualized, and fun programs that put the finish line in sight.
